Terms of Service

By using Makhzony (the "Service") you agree to these Terms. Makhzony is a software product owned and operated by Appsfield LLC ("we", "us"), a limited liability company registered in the State of New Mexico, United States, with registered address 1209 Mountain Road PL NE, STE R, Albuquerque, NM 87110, United States.

1. What the Service is

Makhzony is a web application for managing inventory, sales and expenses in small retail businesses. It is an organisational tool only.

2. Your account

• Cloud sync requires signing in with a Google account.
• You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure.
• You must be legally able to enter into a contract in your country.
• The account is for you or your business; do not share it with unauthorised parties.

3. Your responsibility for data

You enter your own business data. You alone are responsible for:

• the accuracy of what you enter (prices, quantities, expenses, invoices);
• complying with the tax and commercial law of your country;
• keeping independent backups of anything you consider critical.

Figures and reports are derived from what you entered. We are not responsible for decisions taken on incorrect or incomplete data.

4. Acceptable use

You may not:

• use the Service for any unlawful purpose;
• attempt to bypass licensing or subscription verification;
• reverse engineer or extract the code to build a competing product;
• resell or rent the Service without a written agreement with us;
• attempt to reach other users' data or deliberately overload the infrastructure.

5. Licence and payment

• A limited free trial is available: 30 operations or 5 days, whichever ends first, with no payment card required.
• After the trial a paid subscription is required. The current published price is USD 39 per year.
• The subscription renews automatically each year at the same amount until you cancel before the renewal date.
• You may cancel at any time at support@makhzony.app. Cancelling stops future charges; access continues to the end of the paid period.
• Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes or duties your jurisdiction may impose.
• Payment is processed by a third-party payment provider. We do not receive or store your full card details.
• A subscription grants a right to use the Service; it does not transfer ownership of the software.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance windows and infrastructure provider outages can occur. Features may change or be discontinued, with reasonable notice where practical.

7. Intellectual property

The software, interface, name and design belong to Appsfield LLC. Your business data remains yours; we do not claim ownership of it and we do not sell it.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach of these Terms, fraudulent use, or a payment dispute (chargeback). Where circumstances allow, we will attempt to notify you by email first.

You may stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion through support.

9. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by applicable law, Appsfield LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profit, or loss of data.

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you actually paid in the twelve months preceding the event.

Nothing here limits rights that cannot be waived under the consumer law of your country.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The updated version is published on this page with its date. Continued use after publication means acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of the State of New Mexico shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

This does not affect mandatory consumer rights granted to you by the law of your country of residence which cannot be waived by contract.
