سياسة الإلغاء

1. ما الذي تشترك فيه
- ترخيص Makhzony بسعر 39 دولاراً أمريكياً في السنة (الضرائب غير مشمولة وقد تُضاف حسب بلدك).
- الاشتراك يتجدَّد تلقائياً كل سنة على نفس وسيلة الدفع، ما لم تُلغِه قبل تاريخ التجديد.
- يُعرض التجديد التلقائي ومبلغه بوضوح قبل الدفع الأول.
2. كيف تُلغي
الإلغاء يتم عبر بريد الدعم:
- راسل support@makhzony.app من البريد الإلكتروني المستعمل في الشراء.
- اكتب أنك تطلب إلغاء التجديد التلقائي.
- نؤكد لك الإلغاء كتابةً عبر البريد، عادةً خلال يومَي عمل.
لا نطلب مكالمة هاتفية ولا نضع خطوات إضافية لتعطيل الإلغاء.
لا توجد حالياً صفحة أو زر داخل التطبيق لإدارة الاشتراك. الإلغاء يتم عبر بريد الدعم فقط. إذا أضفنا لاحقاً أداة ذاتية للإلغاء، ستُحدَّث هذه الصفحة.
3. ماذا يحدث بعد الإلغاء

| هل يمكنني العودة؟ | نعم، بشراء ترخيص جديد في أي وقت. |
4. توقيت الإلغاء
الإلغاء ساري من لحظة تأكيده. إن ألغيت قبل تاريخ التجديد فلن يُخصم منك شيء. إن تم الخصم رغم إلغاء مؤكَّد مسبقاً، فهذه حالة استرجاع كامل — راجع سياسة الاسترجاع.
5. بياناتك بعد انتهاء الاشتراك
- تبقى بياناتك في حسابك السحابي ولا تُحذف تلقائياً عند انتهاء الاشتراك.
- تقتصر الميزات على وضع محدود إلى حين التجديد.
- يمكنك في أي وقت طلب حذف حسابك وبياناتك نهائياً عبر الدعم.
- ننصح بتصدير نسخة احتياطية من داخل التطبيق قبل التوقف.
6. إلغاء من جهتنا
قد نوقف الخدمة عن حساب في حال مخالفة جوهرية لـشروط الخدمة أو استخدام احتيالي. عند إيقاف غير مبرر من جهتنا، يُسترجع المبلغ عن الفترة غير المستعملة.

1. What you are subscribing to
- A Makhzony licence at USD 39 per year (taxes are not included and may be added depending on your country).
- The subscription renews automatically each year on the same payment method unless you cancel before the renewal date.
- The automatic renewal and its amount are shown clearly before the first payment.
2. How to cancel
Cancellation is handled by support email:
- Email support@makhzony.app from the address used for the purchase.
- State that you want to cancel the automatic renewal.
- We confirm the cancellation in writing by email, normally within two business days.
We do not require a phone call and do not add steps designed to discourage cancellation.
There is currently no in-app page or button for managing the subscription. Cancellation is by support email only. If we add a self-service cancellation tool later, this page will be updated.
3. What happens after you cancel

| When does renewal stop? | Immediately — no further charge is taken after cancellation. |
| Does cancelling refund me? | No. Cancelling only stops renewal. Refunds have their own policy. |

| Can I come back? | Yes, by purchasing a new licence at any time. |
4. Timing
Cancellation takes effect when confirmed. Cancel before the renewal date and nothing further is charged. If a charge is taken despite a previously confirmed cancellation, that is a full-refund case — see the Refund Policy.
5. Your data after the subscription ends
- Your data stays in your cloud account and is not deleted automatically when the subscription ends.
- Features are limited until you renew.
- You can request permanent deletion of your account and data at any time through support.
- We recommend exporting a backup from inside the app before you stop.
6. Cancellation by us
We may stop service to an account for a material breach of the Terms of Service or fraudulent use. If we stop service without cause, the unused portion is refunded.
